CANCELLATION & RETURNS

14-DAY CANCELLATION PERIOD

When you shop at cyclecopenhagen.dk, you have a 14-day cancellation period. The period runs from the day you receive the item. Purchases made physically in the store are not covered by the right of cancellation.

HOW TO CANCEL

If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify us within 14 days. Send an email to hej@cyclecopenhagen.dk with your order number, or use the standard cancellation form at the bottom. Simply refusing to receive the item is not enough. After you have notified us of your cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.

RETURN

You send or deliver the item to: Cycle & Co Copenhagen, Blegdamsvej 40, 2200 Copenhagen N. You bear the costs of return shipping. The item is your responsibility until we have received it, so we recommend proper packaging and keeping proof of shipment.

CONDITION OF THE ITEM

You are allowed to examine the item as you would in a physical store. However, if you have used the bicycle beyond what is necessary to determine its nature and characteristics, you are liable for the resulting depreciation in value. In such cases, we may deduct an amount from the refund.

REFUND

Once we have received the item and assessed its condition, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notification. We will refund to the same payment method you used for the purchase. We may withhold the refund until the item has been received back.

COMPLAINTS

The right of cancellation is not the same as the right to make a complaint. You have a 2-year right to make a complaint under the Danish Sale of Goods Act for defects and deficiencies. See Terms and Conditions for details.
